1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Content Engine (“the Service”), operated by Content Engine (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Content Engine is a SaaS platform that connects to your Google Search Console data, identifies keyword opportunities, and generates AI-powered blog draft content. The Service includes web-based dashboards, API access, and integrations with third-party content management systems.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) generate or distribute harmful, misleading, or infringing content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) resell access to the Service without our written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including all software, designs, and documentation. AI-generated drafts are provided as a starting point; you are responsible for reviewing and editing all content before publication.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your Google Search Console data solely to provide the Service and do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
